Privacy and analytics

Farebit is offered by Trisphere Ventures. This notice explains what farebit.app and the Farebit Demo Tryout collect and why. Draft for legal review before public launch.

When you request demo access

We store the details you submit (name, company, business email, phone, and optionally fleet size and the area you want to improve) to respond to your demo request and to follow up about Farebit. Lead handling and follow-up may be carried out on our behalf by Familia Multiservice. We do not sell your information.

First-party analytics

To understand whether Farebit is useful, we measure how the site and the demo are used with our own analytics, stored by us on Cloudflare:

• a random visitor identifier in a first-party cookie (fb_vid, 180 days) and a visit identifier that resets after 30 minutes of inactivity;
• pages and sections viewed, film playback milestones, button clicks, approximate engaged time and scroll depth;
• campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the referring site's domain (not the full address), and a device class (phone, tablet or desktop) derived from screen width;
• in the demo: guided-tour steps, which Farebit features you open, and your answers to the short acceptance survey.

We do not use browser fingerprinting, keystroke or session recording, or cross-site tracking, and analytics events never contain what you type into forms. If you request demo access, the browsing activity from that browser on farebit.app and the demo is linked to your request so we can understand which parts of Farebit interest you.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse.

Your choices

You can clear the fb_vid cookie at any time. To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, reply to any Farebit email or write to support@familiamultiservice.com.
